SELTI Executive Management

Ryan Sheppard is the Managing Director of SELTI International. After working in the not-for-profit sector in different managerial roles in Europe and Asia-Pacific, he moved to Budapest. His interest in language education comes from his family's background as ESL teachers, and his own interest in languages. As well as being a native English speaker, he speaks Indonesian and is an avid learner of Hungarian. He holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Canterbury, and a postgraduate degree in business administration from Massey University.

Amy Su graduated with a degree in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington.  She has been working in international environments in New Zealand, Singapore and Europe for the past 6 years.  In New Zealand she was a professional tutor at Tuition New Zealand and the president of a non-profit organisation.  She is now using her marketing and communications expertise to expand the operations of SELTI International, which is based in Europe.  Amy speaks native English and fluent Cantonese Chinese.

Sneha Philip graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in Economics. Her professional experience thus far spans Europe, Asia and the Pacific. She has worked for SELTI since October 2008 teaching business and general English courses in company as well as specialist tutoring. Sneha also has the additional role of being on the executive team of SELTI International, responsible for operations. 

Phill Spear graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Management & Employment Relations. He has been working in the management of SELTI since March 2008, responsible for establishing and enhancing client relations. Phill is also TEFL qualified, with 8 months experience in teaching business and general English courses.
